All Steel Nuweld Clamps are uniquely different in that they are a fabricated product comprising components all precision manufactured out of mild steel and fully welded together to produce a high quality, high performance clamping device.

The clamp screws are all precision machined to provide fast screw action through a 6 tpi acme thread. The ball end of the screw supports a swivel pad/foot which is fixed to the screw by way of a circlip, making it almost impossible to remove. Nuweld Clamp bodies are all cut from either 12mm or 16mm mild steel plate which provides a strong, shock  resistant clamping bracket.
